Deliveries are made between 8am and 8pm, you will receive a text message with an estimate time of arrival on the delivery day.

Be sure to enter the correct phone number when placing the order! 

You will need to sign the delivery with the same name that is on the order, otherwise you won't be able to make any claim for damage items, and also check that the worktops dont have any visible damage either. 

if you sign the delivery as received in good condition, no claims  will be accepted.
