Customers are encouraged to provide their order number and reason for cancellation for efficient processing. 

Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 working days, but if circumstances change, customers can cancel their orders hassle-free. 

If the products have not been dispatched, a full refund is issued within 14 working days, while deposits are fully refundable within the same timeframe. 

For dispatched but undelivered products, refunds are processed minus direct expenses, and returned products incur return shipping costs.
